Official Promotional Rules

A complete copy of these rules can be obtained at the offices of radio station WWWQ-FM/All the Hits Q100 (the “Station”) owned and operated by Cumulus Media Partners LLC, 780 Johnson Ferry Rd., 5th Floor, Atlanta, GA 30342, during normal business hours Monday through Friday or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the above address.

1. No purchase is necessary.

2.         Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents who are of legal age 18 at the time of entry. 

1. All contests are open to the general public except for employees, agents, representatives, or affiliates of the Station, Cumulus Media Partners LLC, Cumulus Broadcasting LLC, and their respective affiliates, participating sponsors, their immediate families, and household members.

1. An individual may win an on-going contest only once per six-month period unless otherwise specifically stated.   An individual may win other seasonal or one-time contests only once for the duration of the contest.

1. The contest will begin on Thursday, December 13th, 2007 and will run approximately through January 30, 2008.  WWWQ-FM reserves the right to terminate the contest at any time.

1. There are four (4) ways to enter the “Pay Your Bills” contest:
2. Listeners can send a copy of their bill (i.e. credit card bill, home heating bill, car payment, cell phone bill) via fax to (404)759-2624.
3. Listeners can email a copy of their bill to payyourbills2008@allthehitsq100.com.
4. A copy of the bill can be mailed to Pay Your Bills, c/o All the Hits Q100, 780 Johnson Ferry Rd., 5th Floor, Atlanta, GA 30342.
5. A copy of the bill can be dropped off at the WWWQ-FM offices located at 780 Johnson Ferry Rd., 5th Floor, Atlanta, GA 30342, during regular business hours.

A bill must be a photo copy or scan of the original bill.  No original bills will be accepted.  The account number on the bill MUST be blocked out or covered; bills reflecting an account number will not be accepted.  All bills must be received no later than Wednesday, January 30th, 2007 at Midnight EST.

1. WWWQ-FM will conduct the Pay Your Bills contest Monday through Friday between 6am and Midnight.  Each day, a WWWQ-FM on-air personality will announce a name selected from the eligible entries by the Station in its sole discretion.  Between one (1) and four (4) names will be announced each day, and the number of names announced each day may change at the sole discretion of the Station.  The entrant whose name is announced will have thirty (30) minutes after his/her name is announced to call the Station on the designated contest line at (404) 741-1005 to be eligible to win.  If the entrant fails to call the designated contest line with the allotted 30 minute time frame, the entrant forfeits his/her chance to win.  No alternate winner will be chosen.  The Station is not responsible for an entrant’s inability to call the Station due to service interruption, technical problems, the failure of telephone or electronic equipment, or any reason whatsoever.   All decisions of the Station regarding selection of entrants and winners are final and cannot be challenged.

1. An entrant who has called the designated number within the designated time, assuming all other conditions are met, will be a prize winner.  Prize amounts will vary based on the bill submitted by the entrant.  The amount of the prize shall be the current minimum amount due as indicated on the bill, up to $500.  If the entrant’s minimum amount due exceeds $500, the amount of the prize will be $500.  If the contestant’s minimum amount due is less than $500, then the amount of the prize will equal the minimum amount due as indicated on the bill.  The prize will be in the form of a check made payable to the winner.  It is the winner’s sole responsibility to send payments to the creditor.  The Station is not responsible and accepts no liability for paying the creditor, meeting the creditor’s deadline for timely payment, or any late charges or fees imposed by the creditor.  Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.  Winners must pick up their prize at the station with a valid photo ID when claiming the prize.  One (1) winner per household throughout the contest.

1. The Station and Cumulus Media Partners LLC are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information entered by website users, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Station’s website.   

1. All State, Local, Federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner.  All those who win a prize or prizes valued $600 or more will be issued an IRS Form 1099 to report their winnings.

1. All prizes are awarded “as is.”   Prizes are nontransferable and cannot be exchanged.

1. Neither the Station nor Cumulus Media Partners LLC, its, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives shall be responsible for the failure of participating sponsors to deliver the prizes or any part thereof as described herein.

1. All entrants and winners agree that the Station, Cumulus Media Partners LLC, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, members, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives shall have no liability for any injury, misfortune, or damage to either persons or property incurred by entering, participating in, winning, or losing any contest and/or by the use or non-use of any prize received in connection with this contest.

1. All prizes must be claimed in person at the Station at the address identified above during regular business hours and within ten (10) business days of winning, excluding holidays.  After such time, ownership of said prize reverts back to Cumulus Media Partners LLC to be disposed of at its discretion.  The winner then loses all claims and rights to said prize.

1. Proper identification must be presented by any winner to claim prize.  As a condition to receiving the prize, any potential winner must complete and sign a Winner’s Affidavit and Release, releasing the Station, Cumulus Media Partners LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, members, directors, officers, and employees from all liability in connection with winner’s participation in the contest, acceptance, and use or non-use of the prize.

1. All entry blanks, forms, devices, and materials gathered during the course of entry, as well as all information contained on or within, shall become the sole property of the Station and Cumulus Media Partners LLC to be used, disposed of or destroyed in their sole discretion.

1. All entrants and winners agree to give the Station and Cumulus Media Partners LLC, its licensees, affiliates, successors, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, re-use, broadcast, or publish my name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including portraits and pictures, in whole or in part, as part of a composite, retouched or distorted in character or form, and winner’s voice, recorded or live, for any reason the Station deems necessary without compensation,  unless prohibited by law.  All winners release, discharge, and agree to save harmless Cumulus Media Partners LLC and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all claims they may have against the Station or Cumulus Media Partners LLC in connection with the taking, production, or the use of winners’ name, city of residence, any photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including portraits and pictures, in whole or in part, as part of a composite, retouched, or distorted in character or form and without restrictions as to any changes, transformations or alterations, and including winners’ voices, recorded or live.  All winners further acknowledge that Cumulus Media Partners LLC owns or will own exclusively any photographs of such winners used for such purposes, including the copyrights in them, regardless of the form in which they have been or may be produced and used, and all winners assign all such ownership rights to Cumulus Media Partners LLC.

1. The Station reserves the right to end an contest at any time without any advanced notice to the public.  Odds of winning are based on the number entries received. 

1. The Station reserves the right to limit the number of times an individual may enter a contest or drawing.

1. The Station reserves the right to require contestants to be present at drawings in order to win their prize.

1. Violations of any of these rules or attempts to win any contest by fraud, deception, or cheating shall be grounds for the Station to disqualify any individual from participating in all current and future contests and events at the sole discretion of the Station, as well as forfeiture of any prize or prizes won by fraudulent means.
